2. Payment Terms

Payments are due as indicated on the service or product checkout page.

For custom projects, a 70% deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance payable upon completion.

All payments are processed securely through trusted platforms (PayPal, Payhip, Stripe, etc.).

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
3. Refund Policy
Because our services involve significant planning, time, and digital delivery, all payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will make reasonable revisions where possible.
Refunds may only be issued if:

No work has started and the request is made within 3 days of payment.

The project is cancelled by us before delivery.
4. Revisions and Approvals
Each package includes a defined number of revisions as indicated on the product or service page.
Additional changes beyond the included scope may incur an extra fee.
All client approvals (e.g., design sign-offs, content approvals) must be provided in writing via email or chat.
5. Project Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses, missing content, or feedback) may extend the completion period.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or integrations (e.g., Make.com, Payhip).
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:

You own the final website, branding assets, and related content created for your project.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
All third-party tools, plugins, or integrations used remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Maintenance and Support
Maintenance plans are optional and billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
If no maintenance plan is purchased, ongoing updates, backups, or troubleshooting beyond launch are not included.
We are not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized edits, plugin conflicts, or external modifications made after project delivery.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR and CCPA.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
9. Third-Party Tools and Services
Some services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, Payhip, Make.com, Google, or hosting providers).
We are not liable for downtime, updates, or data loss caused by these external services.
You agree to comply with the terms of those third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Payment is not received as agreed.
Upon termination, all rights to unpaid work remain with us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements.
