1. General Policy
All website design, branding, and automation services are custom-built to meet your specific needs.
As such, payments made are non-refundable once work has started.
However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will always strive to make necessary revisions to ensure your expectations are met.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:

No work has begun, and the request is made within 3 days of purchase.

The project is cancelled by us before any deliverables are provided.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your project:

Notify us in writing (via email or chat) as soon as possible.

Any completed work or time already invested will be deducted from your deposit.
Once the final website has been delivered or launched, no refunds or cancellations are accepted.
4. Revisions and Adjustments
Each package includes a defined number of revisions as stated on the service page.
Additional changes or feature requests beyond that scope may incur a separate fee.
We recommend reviewing all deliverables carefully before approval and sign-off.
5. Non-Delivery or Errors
In rare cases of technical error, delay, or non-delivery caused by us, we will either:

Provide the missing deliverables at no extra charge, or

Offer a partial refund proportional to the incomplete portion of work.
6. Digital Product Sales (Ebooks, Templates, Courses)
All digital downloads are final sale.
Because they are instantly accessible, no refunds or exchanges are available once the file has been delivered.
